Ilford Town Centre Transformation Project

Dear Business Proprietor / Property Owner / Resident, 

Ilford Town Centre Transformation Project 

I hope this letter finds you and your families well during this difficult time  

and I personally would like to wish you all a Happy New Year.  

Kenson Civils & Highways have been making some great progress on the  

Ilford High Road Transformation Project (Image).  

We are now back on site and continue the works in 2021 and have site set 

up our first site outside the Town Hall which has been extended towards  Clements Road. The images below identify where we anticipate the next two

sites will be, marked in blue, week commencing 18^th January 2021. These sites run from Clarks to the Town  Hall, including the front of HSBC and will run from Marks and Spence to the front of Primark. 

Completing these works now, during lockdown will mean less disruption to those businesses when the  lockdown ends. I want to reassure you Kenson are doing everything we can to keep disruption to a minimum and want to say Thank You to HSBC and M&S for their patience and contribution on site. We would also like  to thank everyone for their patience and understanding and we look forward to updating you again soon. 

We would also like to kindly ask, that during these works please keep your distance from our staff and  maintain ‘Social Distancing Guidelines’ of 2 metres at all times. If you would like to contact us please do not  hesitate to do so, our details are contained within this letter. 

Please remember that good hygiene is the best prevention and there are some simple steps you can take to  protect you and your family. Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly and if you cough, cover your mouth  and nose with a tissue.
