The BID provides two security guards to provide a positive welcome and source of information to consumers, residents and visitors. The team are deployed 7 days a week to support businesses within the town centre with all matters related to anti-social behaviour, shoplifting, pickpocketing, drug dealing activity, fraudulent acts and general criminal activity. The BID works in collaboration with the business stakeholder security guards, the Metropolitan Police, and the London Borough of Redbridge’s REO team
