On market days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) there are public toilets open for use on the level 3 and level 1 of the Exchange Ilford shopping centre, with disabled cubicles and baby changing facilities available. The High Road also features toilet facilities just after the Griggs Approach bridge.
