Safety and Social Distancing Webinar

The Ilford BID is keen to support levy paying businesses through the easing of lockdown restrictions.

We are aware that business owners want to understand the measures put in place to support social distancing guidelines within the town centre and the public realm, as they prepare to reopen.

To that end we have partnered with the stakeholders below to offer an overview of actions and recommendations to support businesses and consumers;

• City Dressing Ltd.
• The Exchange Shopping Centre
• Kenson & Civil Highways Ltd.
• Nationwide Utilities Ltd.
• The British Safety Council

The aim of the webinar will be to share information about the town centre, BID boundary, and the Exchange Shopping Centre’s social distancing deployment measures.

We will also update businesses on the restart of High Road works by Kenson and Civil Highways Ltd. and review energy cost-saving opportunities available with BID partner, Nationwide Utilities Ltd.

The session will be closed with a comprehensive safety briefing by the British Safety Council on relevant actions that businesses can take to open their premises safely, in compliance with government guidelines.

We will provide all attendees with an opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with our panellists. An overview of our topics and panellists is below.
